The International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant is shaping up to be a very large and diverse meeting—it is encouraging that we have received almost 1000 abstracts from people representing 57 countries !

Mercury is a global pollutant and its effective control in the environment will take scientific study, innovative management strategies, and the cooperation among all nations. The ICMGP conferences have been committed to better understanding and effectively managing mercury releases and emissions to decrease human and wildlife exposure. Residual benefits from the conference will be greatest if we achieve the highest level of diversity of participants in terms of country of origin, gender, discipline, sector, and perspective.

We welcome all with an interest in mercury and its management to gather at the ICMGP 2017 in Providence, Rhode Island, USA this summer from July 16th-21st !
